The Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava for international students
Education in the Slovak language is free, even for foreign students. The cost of study in English depends on the chosen program.
The International Union of Youth, together with the Slovak University of Technology, have developed special preparatory courses in Slovak and English languages. Graduates of the courses will be able to easily enroll in a chosen public or private university in Slovakia and other European countries and to continue their studies abroad.
STU students take an active part in the scientific and creative life of the university and also gain invaluable experience in the framework of student exchange programs, as well as internships in partner companies of the university. Students of all faculties can receive a motivational scholarship for achievements in studies, creativity, sports and research activities.
Faculty of Civil Engineering
Over 80 years of its existence, the Faculty of Civil Engineering has trained 7 680 bachelors, 32 530 engineers, and more than 1390 candidates of sciences and doctors of philosophy. Some of its graduates have already entered the history of Slovak and international civil engineering.
