Trnava University
This higher education institution is one of the first universities in Slovakia. For students who plan to progress in the field of humanities, this is a good alternative to bigger universities in Bratislava. Trnava University is the winner of the National Quality Award and since 2019 has the right to use the “research university” title.
Within the walls of the university, students study philosophy, history, pedagogy, law, and medicine. Over the long history of the 5 faculties, about 32 thousand young specialists have graduated. Since 2019, the university has been included in the list of Slovak universities with a task of productive cooperation in the field of science and education.

Trnava University for foreign students
Educational programs in Slovak are taught free of charge even for students from foreign countries, and the cost of studying in English is much more affordable than in other EU countries.
Especially for admission to universities in Slovakia, we have developed foundation programs in Slovak and English.
The university has a friendly atmosphere. Its management and staff are attentive to international students and students with disabilities. Within the walls of the university, all conditions for comfortable learning, recreation, and leisure are created. Citizens of other countries can participate in events, share their experience and get familiar with the culture of the countries of the far and near abroad on an equal basis with students from Slovakia.
Faculty of Philosophy and Arts
The Faculty of Philosophy is one of the oldest in the university. Its main mission today is to ensure that everyone could get a university education. Another priority area is the development of science and research in the field of philosophy, humanities, social sciences, and art. Students of the faculty actively participate in the life of the university and often become participants in the exchange program.

Faculty of Education
Faculty members focus on educating and training specialists who will teach young people, develop their cognitive abilities, raise the moral level of their thinking and feelings, and show them the way to live in a democratic society. In the future, graduates can work in private and public schools, universities, rehabilitation centers, and other educational institutions.

Faculty of Health Care and Social Work
The Faculty of Health and Social Work was founded in 1994 and has educated about 8,5 thousand specialists in the field of medicine, where there is a strong need for new specialists. Students can study and work as nurses, laboratory assistants, orderlies, and research assistants. In the field of social work, their responsibilities are closely related to the problems of the family and vulnerable categories of citizens.

Faculty of Law
At the Faculty of Law of the University of Trnava, the law has been taught for more than 110 years. Students study Slovak public law, take an active part in the scientific activities of the university, and often uidergo internships in large companies, including international ones.
